Guizhou Guihang Automotive Components Co.,LTD Huayang Electrics Company was founded on April 4 ,2000 (Huayang Electric Company for short) and separated from Huayang Electrical Factory. Huayang Electrics Company is located in Xiaohe Economic &Technological Development District and occupying 33,000 square meter, with fixed capital of RMB 54,400,000 and building area is 34,000 square meter.

Deveploment & Reform：

1964 moved from Shanghai to Guiyang, Huayang Electrical Factory founded.

1981 Initiative firm who successfully researched thecombined switch KS of Japan, and started to engage in automotive components.

1987 Ningbo Huayang Electrics Co., LTD built, possessing 60% stock.

1988 signed contract with Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co., LTD for the development of combined switch.

1994 cooperated with Xin Chang Motor Co., LTD of Korea and built Hua Chang Automotive Electrics Co., LTD, possessing 75% stock.

1995 Kostal-Huayang Automotive Electrics Co., LTD built

1995 Built Mitsui-Huayang Automotive Electrics Co., LTD with Mitsui metal mining and Mitsui material company

1999 with other sponsors set up Guizhou Guihang Automotive Components Co., LTD

2000 Huayang Electrics Company built

2001 Guihang Stock came into market
